Croplands... pastures... and some secondary rural roads are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 27.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet. - Forecast...The Clear Boggy Creek is expected to rise to a crest of 30.3 feet early Tuesday afternoon.
