* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues. * WHERE...A portion of upstate South Carolina, including the following county, York. * WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...River or stream flows remain elevated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1148 PM EDT, Excessive runoff from flash flooding in Mecklenburg County will continue to cause rises along Steele and Sugar Creeks overnight. Please remain wary of developing flooding of low-lying areas along these creeks. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
