Lee Creek near Van Buren affecting Crawford and Sequoyah Counties. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Lee Creek near Van Buren. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 399.0 feet, faster flows are expected along the river but no flooding occurs. Interests near the river, Tailwater Park, and the recreational vehicle campground should continue to monitor later forecasts. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:37 AM CDT Monday the stage was 399.6 feet. - Forecast...The river has crested and will continue to fall below the action stage of 399.0 by very early afternoon. - Action stage is 399.0 feet. - Flood stage is 401.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 18.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.0 feet Thursday morning. Blue River near Blue affecting Bryan County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blue River near Blue. * WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight. * IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Farmlands are briefly flooded along the river... from central Bryan County to the confluence with the Red River. Inflows from local streams could cause higher stages in their common flood plain. Property in low-lying fields could be isolated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 21.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late this afternoon to 29.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage this evening to 6.7 feet early Friday morning. It will rise to 6.8 feet Friday morning. Clear Boggy Creek near Caney affecting Atoka County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Clear Boggy Creek near Caney. * WHEN...Until Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Creek levels rise to four feet higher than flood stage... spreading over many acres of bottomlands in western Atoka County... and the northeastern edge of Bryan County. Croplands... pastures... and some secondary rural roads are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 28.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 26.0 feet. - Forecast...The Clear Boggy Creek is expected to rise to a crest of 30.0 feet tomorrow morning.
