The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a * Snow Squall Warning for... Southwestern Centre County in central Pennsylvania... Central Clearfield County in central Pennsylvania... North central Mifflin County in central Pennsylvania... * Until 100 AM EST. * At 1158 PM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line extending from Brockport to near North Philipsburg to Belltown, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow. Gusty winds leading to blowing snow and visibility rapidly falling to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts up to 20 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. For those driving on Interstate 80, this includes areas between the Dubois and Snow Shoe exits, specifically from mile markers 97 to 143. This includes Interstate 99 from mile markers 64 to 82. Locations impacted include... State College, DuBois, Clearfield, Bellefonte, Sandy, Park Forest Village, Boalsburg, Pleasant Gap, Philipsburg, Woodland, Curwensville, and Lemont.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Warren County. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.

Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Crawford and Southern Erie Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing snow. The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates within the strongest bands may reach up to 2 inches per hour.
