For the Owyhee River...including Wildhorse Dam, Wildhorse, Mountain City...elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues. * WHERE...Owyhee River near Mountain City. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Minor flooding along the river channel. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:10 PM PDT Wednesday the stage was 7.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will oscillate below flood stage with a maximum value of 7.8 feet Sunday afternoon. - Action stage is 7.0 feet. - Flood stage is 8.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Some rural roads near the river begin to flood.
