* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Lake County, and Northern Mendocino Interior. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog may form in some valleys, keeping temperatures higher and reducing the risk for frost.

* WHAT...Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 5 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include, but are not limited to, State Routes 14, 58, 178, and U.S. 395.

* WHAT...Wet snow expected. Total snow amounts up to around 6 inches above 6000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...Northern Ventura County Mountains, Santa Barbara County Interior Mountains, and Southern Ventura County Mountains. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will range from 4500 to 5000 feet. There will be a lull this morning and then showers will pick up in the afternoon.

Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Eastern San Gabriel Mountains, Interstate 5 Corridor, and Western San Gabriel Mountains and Highway 14 Corridor. * WHEN...Until 7 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow levels will range from 4500 to 5000 feet. There will be a lull this morning and then showers will pick up in the afternoon. No accumulating snow is expected on the Grapevine over Interstate 5 but there could be a mix of rain and snow there Monday morning.

Levels of particle pollution can vary by time and location depending on emissions and local weather conditions. * WHEN...until midnight Monday. * IMPACTS... Particle pollution can get deep into the lungs and cause serious health problems such as asthma attacks, heart and lung disease symptoms, and increased risk of lung infections. Everyone can be affected, but sensitive groups such as people with lung or heart disease, older adults, people who are pregnant, children, and those who spend a lot of time outdoors are at greater risk.
