HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Arthur, Hyannis, Swan Lake, Whitman, Carr Lake, Haythorn Lake, Duluth, Lena, Sand Puddin Lake, Flatts, Cogill Lake, McKeag, Calora, East Cody Lake, Green Lake, Bucktail Lake, Sand Beach Lake, Three Mile Lake, Pratt Lake, and Diamond Bar Lake. This includes the following highways... Highway 2 between mile markers 145 and 175. Highway 61 between mile markers 111 and 159. Highway 92 between mile markers 165 and 186.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Imperial, Wauneta, Lamar, Enders, Enders Reservoir State Recreation Area, Champion, Crete, Chase, Center Dam Campground, Brandon, Wanamaker State Wildfire Management Area, Area A Campground, and Church Grove Campground. This includes Highway 61 between mile markers 25 and 62.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Ogallala, Grant, Sutherland, Paxton, Wallace, Brule, Madrid, Elsie, Sarben, Lemoyne, Keystone, Sutherland Reservoir State Recreation Area, Roscoe, Kingsley Dam, Grainton, Coker, O'Fallons, Nevens, Broganville, and Lake View Campground. This includes the following highways... Highway 61 between mile markers 62 and 109. Highway 92 between mile markers 130 and 138. Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 118 and 163.

At 808 PM CDT /708 PM MDT/, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue with street flooding reported in Valentine. Little to no additional rainfall is expected in the flash flood area. Flash flooding will continue through the mid evening hours. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, streets and other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Valentine, Crookston, Wood Lake, Highway 97 crossing the Niobrara River, Schlagel Creek State Wildlife Management Area, Smith Falls State Park and Sparks.
