* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southern Nevada, including the following county, Clark. * WHEN...Until 315 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 131 PM PDT, Moderate rain continues across the southern Las Vegas Valley. Areas of excessive runoff remain possible especially around the Henderson area where between one-half and one inch of rain have fallen. Avoid low water crossings and washes. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.25 inches are expected over the area.
