Coastal Flood Watch issued April 25 at 2:58PM EDT until April 26 at 7:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County. * WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Friday morning, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, yards are flooded on Saint George Island, and water will begin covering the road leading to the island, especially if there is wave action. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The affected high tide will be 4:55 AM at Coltons Point, 4:19 AM at Piney Point, and 3:29 AM at Point Lookout.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level possible in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County. * WHEN...From 2 AM EDT Friday through Friday morning, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS...At 2.8 feet, flooding of some of the parking area near Dock Street in Annapolis may occur, with water surrounding the Alex Haley Memorial. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet above normal. The affected high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy will be at 7:42 AM.

Frost Advisory issued April 25 at 2:54PM EDT until April 26 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Mount Holly NJ

* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern and southern Delaware, northeast Maryland, central and southern New Jersey and southeast Pennsylvania. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered.

* WHAT...Temperatures around 34 to 37 degrees will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Carroll, Cecil, Northern Baltimore, Northwest Harford, and Southeast Harford Counties. * WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Coastal Flood Statement issued April 25 at 1:45PM EDT until April 26 at 6:00AM EDT by NWS Wakefield VA

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level expected in low- lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...Dorchester County. * WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
