Cattle in low lying areas should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight and crest around 25.4 feet Saturday morning.
