Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches for a storm total of 3 to 5 inches. * WHERE...Northern Carroll, Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, Southern Coos, and Southern Grafton Counties. * WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Even light snowfall amounts can accumulate on roads and cause dangerous driving conditions due to snow covered roads.
