Flood Advisory issued May 4 at 4:16PM CDT until May 4 at 6:15PM CDT by NWS Nashville TN

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following counties, Maury, Rutherford and Williamson. * WHEN...Until 615 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 416 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to slow-moving thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Spring Hill, Thompson's Station and Eagleville. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
