IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible. Locations impacted include... Xenia, Wilmington, Sabina, Jamestown, Wilberforce, New Jasper, Spring Valley, Bowersville, Port William, Milledgeville, Octa, Paintersville, Melvin, Rosemoor, Lumberton, Mount Holly, Oakland, Kingman, Interstate 71 at US Route 68, and Bloomington.
