Areas of fog around the greater New York City metropolitan area could be locally dense overnight into early this morning, with visibility less than one quarter mile in spots. The low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous, so if out driving slow down, use your low beam headlights or fog lamps, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
