Portneuf River at Pocatello affecting Bannock County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Portneuf River at Pocatello. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Significant flooding of agricultural land will occur from the Inkom and Blackrock area. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Blackfoot River near Blackfoot (Butte Rd-Ft Hall). * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 5.8 feet, Lowland flooding possible from Interstate 15 to confluence of the Snake River. Homes and cattle operation near Riverton Road (900 W) bridge just north of Ferry Butte Road (500 S) will start to have water seeping near them.
