* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive runoff continues along Rio Blanco de Manati. * WHERE...Manati. * WHEN...Until 245 AM AST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1047 PM AST, USGS sensors indicated flooding due to excessive runoffs. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.

Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
