* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Benton, Carroll, Crawford, Franklin, Madison, Sebastian and Washington AR and Oklahoma, including the following counties, Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Delaware, Le Flore, Mayes, Muskogee, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington OK. * WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may continue in a few areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas of light to moderate rain will continue over portions of northeast Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through early evening. * WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of Arkansas, including the following counties, Crawford and Sebastian and southeast Oklahoma, including the following county, Le Flore. * WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 225 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fort Smith... Van Buren... Poteau... Greenwood... Barling... Pocola... Arkoma...
