Shortwave trof moving across northeast Texas will send these rounds into a deeply moist airmass feeding right off the Gulf consisting of PWATs 1.60 to 2.00 inches. Rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour will be possible and areas with ongoing flooding are urged to be mindful of very swiftly exacerbated flooding conditions.
