* WHAT...Excessive runoff from Saturday night's very heavy rainfall continues to cause flooding problems with some roads still closed in the warned area. * WHERE...A portion of Southeast Kansas, including the following counties, Allen, Neosho, Wilson and Woodson. * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 640 PM CDT, Local law enforcement reported on-going flooding problems in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
