At 113 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7 miles west of Malaquite Beach, or 19 miles south of Corpus Christi, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Corpus Christi, Corpus Christi Country Club, South Texas Botanical Gardens, Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, Cabaniss Field, Kings Crossing Subdivision, Bay Area Medical Center, Spohn Hospital South, La Palmera Mall, and Chapman Ranch.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Travis. * WHEN...Until 315 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1211 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Austin, Cedar Park, Anderson Mill, Leander, Lakeway, Lago Vista, Bee Cave, Hudson Bend, The Hills, Mansfield Dam, Jonestown, Briarcliff, Point Venture, Volente and Lost Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas... Guadalupe River Near Bloomington affecting Calhoun, Refugio and Victoria Counties. For the Guadalupe River...including Victoria, Bloomington...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Guadalupe River near Bloomington. * WHEN...Until early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs, with the flow reaching the right flood plain near the Invista Plant near Bloomington. Downstream above Highway 35, the flow escapes into the left flood plain cutting off the lowest homes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 20.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 AM CDT Wednesday was 20.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 21.6 feet late this evening. It will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.6 feet on 04/21/2010. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
