Neosho River at Oswego affecting Cherokee and Labette Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River at Oswego. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 22.5 feet, Riverside Park Drive floods from east of Xavier St, just south of the river gage bridge, to 100 yards east towards the water plant. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 23.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 8.9 feet early Tuesday morning. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

At 30.0 feet, Highway 152 floods 0.75 miles west of La Cygne.
