* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties, Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Garvin, Hughes, Jefferson, Johnston, Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc and Seminole and northern Texas, including the following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay and Wichita. * WHEN...From Wednesday afternoon through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall are expected Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the following areas, Cimarron and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Moore, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall and Sherman. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A slow moving weather system that has ingested Hurricane Polo's moisture bringing heavy rainfall to the panhandles. This has the potential to be a high end rain event for portions of the panhandles.
