Flood Warning issued February 21 at 8:55AM PST until February 21 at 9:00PM PST by NWS San Francisco CA

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern California, including the following county, Sonoma. * WHEN...Until 900 PM PST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 852 AM PST, gauges continue to indicate high water levels along creeks and streams. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Sebastopol, Cotati, South Santa Rosa Cdp, Forestville and Graton. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
