For the Tombigbee River...including Coffeeville Dam, Leroy...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Tombigbee River near Leroy. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, flooding of low lying farm and pasturelands begins. Cattle in low lying areas should be moved to higher ground. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 24.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to continue rising to a crest of 24.1 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this evening. - Flood stage is 24.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Livestock should be moved to higher ground. Old Ferry Road near the river begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 29.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and will continue falling to 15.1 feet Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 29.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
