...PATCHY FOG FOR THE MORNING COMMUTE ACROSS DEEP SOUTH TEXAS AND THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY... Patches of fog, some occasionally dense can be expected this morning. Visibility of 1 to 2 miles may occasionally drop to 1/2 mile at times especially near wet grassy fields. Driving conditions to slowly improve after 8 AM with most fog dissipated by 10 AM.
