A few power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult due to crosswinds on east-west routes, especially for high profile vehicles and vehicles with trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will increase into Thursday morning, with peak winds late Thursday morning into the afternoon.
