RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FOR CRITICALLY LOW RH VALUES WEDNESDAY ALONGSIDE POOR OVERNIGHT RECOVERIES EARLY THIS MORNING WITH BREEZY AFTERNOON WINDS. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 420, 421, 422, and zone 425. * WIND...10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. * HUMIDITY...8 to 13 percent. Overnight recovery 25 to 30 percent early this morning. * IMPACTS...any fires that develop may spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
