* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Iowa, including the following counties, in south central Iowa, Appanoose, Monroe and Wayne. In southeast Iowa, Davis and Wapello. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will continue overnight with the potential for additional heavy rainfall of 1 to 3 inches by Sunday morning. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following areas, Hancock, Henderson, McDonough and Warren, southeast Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines, Henry IA, Jefferson, Lee and Van Buren, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches in a short time are possible. With soils saturated from previous rainfall, this will lead to an increased risk of flash flooding.
