* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile in dense fog. * WHERE...Creston, Moses Lake, Quincy, Cashmere, Waterville, Odessa, Wenatchee, Chelan, Entiat, Mansfield, Pangborn Airport, Ephrata, Othello, Number 1 Canyon, Badger Mountain Road, Number 2 Canyon, Grand Coulee, Ritzville, Wilbur, Coulee City, and Harrington. * WHEN...Until 8 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the storm may produce damaging winds, large hail, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain.
