Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Chippewa, Yellow Medicine and Lac qui Parle Counties. Crow River at Rockford affecting Wright and Hennepin Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Crow River at Rockford. * WHEN...Until late Wednesday night. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, Low lying areas and some roads along the river begin to experience flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 AM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 10.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 800 AM CDT Tuesday was 10.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 8.0 feet Tuesday, July 15. - Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
