For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations between 5 and 12 inches possible along and north of Interstate 90. * WHERE...Onondaga County. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 4 AM EST Thursday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Thursday evening through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
