On Friday, south winds becoming west at 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * HUMIDITY...Thursday night, humidity recoveries to between 40 and 65 percent. On Friday, between 6 and 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
