This includes portions of highway 140 east of Lakeview, highways 395, 31, and 299 east of Alturas and the cities of Lakeview and Valley Falls. * WHEN...Until 7 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds will be strongest over the ridges, where gusts could briefly approach high wind warning criteria.

* WHAT...Large breaking waves of 20 to 23 feet. * WHERE...South Central Oregon Coast from Port Orford northward. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Large breaking waves will create hazardous conditions along and within the surf zone, and could inundate beaches and low lying shorelines. * WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected. * WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington Coast. * WHEN...From 9 AM to 1 PM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level, during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays, sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides are expected to peak around 11 AM PST Saturday. Toke Point tidal gauge is expected to peak around 12.2 feet, Tongue Point tidal gauge is expected to peak around 11.3 feet, and Garibaldi tidal gauge is expected to peak around 10.7 feet.
