In Wyoming, Northeast Bighorn Mountains. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST early this morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slick roads and areas of poor visibility. This includes Highway 14 through Burgess Junction. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Conditions will gradually improve through the night.

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow, with localized whiteout conditions. Additional snow accumulations of an inch less. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In Montana, Southern Big Horn. In Wyoming, Sheridan Foothills. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST early this morning. * IMPACTS...People should consider delaying all travel, and use extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary. Expect visibilities to a half mile or less at times, due to falling and blowing snow. This includes portions of Interstate 90 south of Crow Agency through Sheridan County Wyoming. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow and blowing snow will gradually decrease through the night.
