* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Central Inyo County in south central California... * WHEN...Until 730 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 335 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Lake Wind Advisory issued September 21 at 2:33PM PDT until September 22 at 5:00AM PDT by NWS Hanford CA

* WHAT...West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * WHERE...West Side Mountains north of 198, including San Luis Reservoir. * WHEN...Until 5 AM PDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.
