Choctawhatchee River near Bruce (SR 20) affecting Washington and Walton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Choctawhatchee River near Bruce (SR 20). * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Big Cedar, Cowford, and Choctawhatchee River Roads begin to flood in Walton County. Flood waters impact storage areas underneath homes on the west banks of the Choctawhatchee River. Low areas along Strickland Road in Washington County become subject to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:45 PM CDT Wednesday was 14.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.6 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage Friday afternoon. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.6 feet on 01/27/1963. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Withlacoochee River near Pinetta (CR 150) affecting Madison and Hamilton Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Withlacoochee River near Pinetta (CR 150). * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 76.0 feet, Several roads near the river in Madison County become impassable. In Hamilton County, water begins to flood back yards of homes along NW 36th Terrace. Flooding continues to worsen at the Florida Campsites, with portions of the area becoming inaccessible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 72.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 75.4 feet early Friday afternoon. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Florida... Santa Fe River At Three Rivers Estates affecting Gilchrist, Suwannee and Columbia Counties. Additional information is available at https://water.weather.gov/wfo/JAX * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Santa Fe River at Three Rivers Estates. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins on SW Santa Fe Drive south of Santa Fe Road in Columbia County. At 16.3 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission begins enforcement of a no wake zone on the Santa Fe River from the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream of the Wilson's Spring Boat Ramp to the confluence with the Suwannee River and on the Ichetucknee River upstream to the US 27 bridge. At 17.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences on Santa Fe Road in Columbia County and on River Run Road in Suwannee County. At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flood River Run Road in Suwannee County. At 18.8 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission expands the no wake zone restriction further upstream on the Santa Fe River from the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream on the Wilson's Spring Boat Ramp to one-half mile upstream of the State Road 47 bridge. At 19.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences along the Ichetucknee River. At 19.8 feet, Waters begins to affect homes in the Hollingsworth Bluff area at State Route 47. At 20.0 feet, Access to homes on Santa Fe Road below SW Riverside Avenue becomes restricted in Columbia. Flooding begins on Santa Fe and Wilson Springs Road. At 21.0 feet, Homes are surrounded on River Run Road in Suwannee County. Structures flood along Santa Fe Road west of Idaho Parkway in Columbia County. At 22.0 feet, River Run Road at 29th loop floods in Suwannee County. Santa Fe Road in Columbia County is inaccessible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 18.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to 20.5 feet Wednesday, May 29. Additional rises are possible thereafter. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
