The following counties in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson. The following counties in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Warren. * WHEN...From 8 PM EDT this evening through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Soils are saturated from last night's rainfall and excessive runoff from storms tonight will significantly increase the potential for flooding and flash flooding.

In southeast Kentucky, Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike and Wolfe. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings would be the first to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected through Wednesday night. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...All of western Kentucky. * WHEN...Through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms will produce heavy rainfall capable of flooding commonly flood prone areas. These storms will also have a tendency to repeat their heavy rains over the same areas. Rainfall totals may approach 3 inches in total and could be locally higher in some locations.
