The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow is expected to transition to a wintry mix in the evening through the first half of the night. Areas south of I-94 have the best chances to see a full transition to freezing rain with greatest ice accretion focused towards the Ohio Valley.
