At 213 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm capable of producing penny size hail 7 miles northwest of Manitowoc. Thunderstorms were also near Reedsville and then extended to near School Hill. Locally heavy rainfall will be possible with the strongest storms. The storms were moving southeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph, penny size hail and heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. The storms will impact the following locations... Reifs Mills, St Nazianz, Mishicot, Kellners Corners, Kellnersville, Clarks Mills, Cato, Madsen, Clover, and Grimms.

At 209 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Union Grove, moving east at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Kenosha, Racine, Mount Pleasant, Pleasant Prairie, Sturtevant, Union Grove, Paddock Lake, Camp Lake, Winthrop Harbor, Twin Lakes, Raymond, Yorkville, Silver Lake, Wind Point, Eagle Lake, Caledonia, Salem, Bristol, Paris, and Brighton. This includes Interstate 41/94 between mile markers 326 and 349.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall from training thunderstorms is expected. * WHERE...A portion of east central Wisconsin, including the following county, south central Manitowoc. * WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 158 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Another inch of rain is possible through 4 pm. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
