Dense Fog Advisory issued January 15 at 2:10PM PST until January 16 at 11:00AM PST by NWS Hanford CA

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile to as low as 200 feet in dense fog. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 AM PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways include, but are not limited to, Interstate 5, State Routes 99, 41, 43, 46, 58, 59, 140, 152, 165, 168, 180, and 198.

Freezing Fog Advisory issued January 15 at 11:59AM PST until January 16 at 12:00PM PST by NWS Medford OR

* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog or freezing fog. * WHERE...Valleys within western Siskiyou County, including the Scott Valley. * WHEN...Until noon PST Friday. * IMPACTS...Dense freezing fog could make driving conditions hazardous and create some slick surfaces.

Beach Hazards Statement issued January 15 at 3:03AM PST until January 15 at 9:00PM PST by NWS San Francisco CA

* WHAT...An increased risk for sneaker waves and strong rip currents with breaking waves of 7 to 12 feet. * WHERE...Pacific Coast beaches. * WHEN...Through 9 PM PST this evening. * IMPACTS...Dangerous conditions are forecast along the shoreline. Hazards include sneaker waves, strong rip currents, and large breaking waves.
