Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A swath of 3 to 10 inches has fallen over portions of southeast Texas over the last 24 hours. Pockets of higher totals between 10-15+ inches has been observed in Liberty and Polk counties. The remnants of Edouard have stalled over the Piney Woods which will lead to additional periods of moderate to heavy rainfall through Thursday. An additional 2-6 inches with isolated higher totals of 10-12 inches are possible over the next 24 hours.
