The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light areawide snow is expected Thursday morning before transitioning to lake effect snow. The heaviest snow is expected Thursday afternoon when snow rates of up to 1 inch per hour could be possible at times.
