For the Owyhee River...including Owyhee Dam, Owyhee Dam...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Owyhee River below Owyhee Dam. * WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM MDT Monday /2:30 AM PDT Monday/ the flow was 5,126.0 cfs. - Bankfull is 1,000 cfs. - Recent Activity...The maximum river flow in the 24 hours ending at 3:30 AM MDT Monday /2:30 AM PDT Monday/ was 5,915.0 cfs. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 4,999.9 cfs this afternoon.
