* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Illinois, including the following counties: Cook, DuPage, and Will. * WHEN...Until 600 AM CST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1159 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Chicago, Joliet, Naperville, Cicero, Hammond, Evanston, Bolingbrook, Skokie, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Oak Lawn, Berwyn, Oak Park, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, Lombard, Romeoville, Plainfield, Park Ridge and Calumet City.
