* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and 9 inches, with locally higher amounts possible. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph. * WHERE...In South Dakota, Northern Black Hills. In Wyoming, Wyoming Black Hills. * WHEN...Until 8 AM MST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/2 mile at times due to falling and blowing snow, especially during the day on Wednesday.
