Frost Advisory issued September 23 at 1:35PM EDT until September 24 at 9:00AM EDT by NWS Burlington VT
* WHAT...Temperatures between 32 and 36 degrees will result in frost
formation.
* WHERE...The northern St. Lawrence Valley, the Champlain Valley
outside of Grand Isle County in Vermont, and portions of central
and southern Vermont.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas near and along Lake Champlain, generally
within 5 miles, will be less likely to see frost.

When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the storm may produce damaging winds, large hail, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain. In some cases, heavy rainfall produced by a severe storm can also lead to flash flooding. Do not drive vehicles through flooded areas. The water depth or fast flowing water/mud/debris from a flash flood will make road conditions unsafe.
