Winds could gust as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...Portions of Piedmont and western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina. * WHEN...From Saturday morning through Monday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Significant ice accumulation on power lines and tree limbs may cause widespread and long-lasting power outages.
