At 440 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Several roads are closed in and near Pleasanton, and multiple roads are closed in the Pleasant Hill area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.
