* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...A portion of central California. * WHEN...Until 11 AM PST Saturday. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways include, but are not limited to Interstate 5, State Routes 99, 41, 43, 46, 58, 59, 140, 152, 165, 168, 180, and 198. Fog will clear in the afternoons and return by the evening hours.
