For the Owyhee River...including Wildhorse...elevated river levels are forecast. * WHAT...Elevated river flows caused by snow melt and upstream dam releases are expected. * WHERE...Owyhee River below Wildhorse. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, Flood stage; minor flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM PDT Wednesday the stage was 3.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 3.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Sunday afternoon and continue rising to 3.5 feet early Tuesday morning.
